Monday, October 12, 2026 - A woman has been accused of targeting men in the Mutego, Kabiria, and Waithaka areas, where she is said to approach them, claiming to be desperate for a place to live before entering into short-lived marriages.

In a post circulating online, the woman was accused of disappearing with valuables shortly after getting married, leaving the men counting their losses.

According to the post, one man lost a camera worth KSh 200,000 after the woman reportedly stayed with him as his wife for just one week before disappearing.

The same woman later married another man, who discovered his television and speakers were missing while he was away at work.
