Tuesday, October 6, 2026 - Prominent lawyer Elizabeth Wangui Wanjeri has been laid to rest following her sudden demise.

Wanjeri, a former Law Society of Kenya Coast Representative, died in her sleep on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

According to her eulogy, Wanjeri was highly educated, having undertaken a Master's degree at the University of Leeds.

She had an accomplished career in the legal field and was known for her service to the profession.

Sadly, she leaves behind no husband or child.
