Sunday, August 23, 2026 - Kiambaa Member of Parliament John Njuguna Kawanjiku’s side chick-turned-newly-wed wife was once accused of plotting the murder of her father alongside her mother.

According to popular blogger Githaiga Wa Chai, the incident happened in 2017, with Kawanjiku’s newly-wed wife and her mother reportedly being treated as key suspects in the case.

The allegations have now resurfaced following the secret wedding between Kawanjiku and the woman, hosted in Limuru.

Kawanjiku’s wife’s extended family members are also reported to have shunned the ceremony, believing that she had a hand in her father’s death.
