Friday, April 10, 2026 - A concerned Kenyan has shared photos showing what appears to be an unusually empty Kenya Power office in Kikuyu during official working hours.
According to the post shared on X at around 2:15 pm, several
customers were seen waiting to be served while no staff members were present.
The user claimed that over 10 people were left unattended,
raising questions about service delivery.
The post further alleges that even after waiting, customers
were not assisted, with claims that a staff member briefly appeared before exiting,
leaving members of the public frustrated and unattended.
