Friday, August 7, 2026 - Last month, former Strathmore University lecturer, Professor Fredrick Ogola, was embroiled in a dramatic child custody battle with his estranged wife at the Milimani Law Courts.

Ogola's wife, whom he married after the death of his first wife, had moved to court seeking custody of their children.

He turned up for the hearing accompanied by the children and refused to let them go, leading to a heated exchange in court.

It now appears that Ogola has been granted custody of the children.

He recently shared photos spending quality time with them and made it clear that his estranged wife is free to visit them.

“She is allowed to visit. She is the one who left; she wanted a break, and she is allowed to visit her children. She remains forever. Ask her to come and visit,” he wrote while responding to one of his followers.
