According to reports, Martin was charged with murder in 2020 and was sentenced in October 2025.

He reportedly appealed the conviction and was recently released from prison.

Martin has now been identified among individuals captured by the phone while attempting to gain access to the device.

The images became available after the suspects attempted to unlock the phone, providing investigators with potential leads in the ongoing case.
