Monday, August 24, 2026 - Bungoma Water Regional Manager Eric Opakas is in the spotlight after a jilted woman took to X and posted explosive tweets accusing him of abuse.
Opakas is
accused of having beaten up his pregnant spouse and kicked her out in the
middle of the night.
He is
also accused of exploiting women financially, with reports emerging that his
spouse sponsored his PhD and he still went ahead to subject her to physical
abuse.
The woman had also written to an Embassy, seeking to block Eric’s work-related trip over the allegations that he was abusive.
