Monday, April 20, 2026 - Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika has stirred reactions after sharing a rare photo from her pregnancy with twin boys, Jay and Jon.
The image, posted as she marked one year since returning to
Kenya from the US with her bundles of joy, shows Kihika alongside her husband,
businessman Sam Mburu, tenderly touching her baby bump.
The photo comes as a symbolic moment for the county boss,
whose pregnancy and delivery had been the subject of intense public scrutiny.
At the time, speculation swirled that her twins had been
born through surrogacy in the United States.
Kihika never directly addressed the claims, but the baby bump photo now appears to put the rumors to rest.
