Wednesday, December 31, 2025 - Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi experienced an embarrassing moment during the burial of former Lugari MP, Cyrus Jirongo, after a section of mourners began walking away just as he started delivering his speech.
A video from the burial ceremony shows some mourners leaving
the venue immediately Mudavadi took to the podium to address the gathering.
The walkout briefly interrupted the proceedings and has
since sparked online debate.
Mudavadi has recently faced political resistance in parts of
the Western region following his decision to align with the Kenya Kwanza
administration.
