Monday, November 24, 2025 - A man believed to be a hired goon was photographed brandishing a panga as Homa Bay Town Member of Parliament, Peter Kaluma, drummed up support for ODM candidate, Boyd Were, in Kasipul.
The photo, which has since gone viral, shows the
unidentified man raising the weapon in the air as the rally progressed.
Campaigns in Kasipul have been marred by violence ahead of
the hotly contested by-elections slated for November 27th.
