Wednesday, September 10, 2025 - Drama has rocked the Kamba gospel industry after popular gospel artist Phyllis Mutisya was publicly divorced by her husband.
In a shocking revelation, her estranged husband Tiras Muange
accused her of engaging in multiple
secret affairs with more than 30 men, allegedly meeting them in
Airbnbs, hotels, and even
during undisclosed road trips.
The couple had been married for 12 years and blessed with
two children.
The heartbroken man said that they vowed to remain faithful
when walking down the aisle, only for his cheating wife to break the vows.
“The vows we made to each other were to be faithful, loving
and submissive and not limited to growing together. Lakini, nikiangalia nyuma,
these ties are broken for reasons best known to you,” he ranted.
“My heart is in pain, and my life is broken. Am lacking
peace by not getting the right conditions and environment to heal. Your
temperamental outbursts, kunikelelesha for no reason, madharau Na kunikosea
heshima have brought me down Na kunimaliza,” he further added.
The exposé has sparked heated debate online, with fans and fellow gospel faithful expressing mixed reactions.
Some have defended the singer, urging the public not to rush to judgment, while others condemned her for allegedly tarnishing the image of the gospel ministry.
