In the disturbing clip, the young woman appears completely
blacked out, unable to stand or walk on her own, as the man casually pays a boda
boda rider who had ferried them to the premises.
The scene was captured by a concerned member of the public,
sparking widespread outrage over the man’s intentions.
Social media users have raised concerns that the woman may
have been vulnerable to exploitation or abuse, with many calling for immediate
action from authorities.
“Why would any man take advantage of a woman who can’t even
