Friday, April 24, 2026 - A woman identified as Diana Ndung’u has been accused of disappearing with over Ksh 300,000 that was raised to support her ex-boyfriend’s burial.
According to posts circulating on social media, the
deceased, Mutwiri, died in a road accident, prompting friends and family to
organize a fundraiser to cater for burial expenses.
The woman was entrusted with handling the funds as the
group’s treasurer.
However, claims now emerging online allege that she went
silent after receiving the contributions, with her phone reportedly switched
off.
It is further alleged that the funds never reached the
deceased’s family.
Diana has been exposed on X, with claims emerging that she worked in cahoots with other admins.
