Monday, April 13, 2026 - A video has emerged showing notorious goons leader, Boy Akoth, welcoming Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo in Kisumu.
In the video, the heavily built man is seen issuing
instructions shortly after the PS alights from his chopper.
Boy Akoth was exposed a few days ago over claims of wreaking
havoc in the Luo Nyanza region using goons.
According to media reports, he was reportedly well-connected
with powerful politicians and top state officials.
Siaya Governor James Orengo has accused him of being behind
the attack on Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi.
PS Omollo has also come under criticism, with a section of
ODM politicians led by Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino, accusing him of sponsoring
goons to attack politicians with dissenting views.
