Socialite CORAZON KWAMBOKA gives women tips on moving on fast from toxic relationships instead of wasting time with 'wrong men'

Wednesday, March 18, 2026 - Kenyan socialite and lawyer, Corazon Kwamboka, has urged women to move away quickly from toxic relationships rather than waste time trying to fix them.

Her remarks came after watching Blue Therapy, a new Netflix reality series that follows couples as they confront their relationship struggles in front of cameras with the help of a licensed therapist.

Reflecting on the show’s dramatic exchanges, Corazon admitted that she prefers simple, decisive choices when dealing with the wrong partner.

“Watching Blue Therapy and I’m honestly just glad I don’t deal with those kinds of men,” she wrote on Instagram Tuesday, March 17th, 2026.

She explained that the situations portrayed on the show reminded her of the kind of relationships she would rather avoid.

For her, the lesson is clear: not every situation requires endless conversations or attempts to repair what is broken.

“Ladies, sometimes there is no need for long conversations — block and move on,” she advised.

Corazon emphasized that walking away can often be the healthiest option, especially when dealing with difficult partners.

Choosing peace over stress, she added, is a decision every woman should feel empowered to make.

Corazon is a mother of two children with fitness coach Frankie Just Gym It.

Though the pair parted ways romantically, they continue to co‑parent amicably - a dynamic that has earned them praise for prioritizing their children’s wellbeing.
