Tuesday, January 13, 2026 - A notorious thief involved in multiple phone snatching incidents along Kasarani-Mwiki Road has been caught on camera after attempting to unlock a stolen Samsung S24.
The incident occurred near Kasarani Primary
School, close to Seasons, and highlights the growing problem of
coordinated street thefts in the area.
According to eyewitness reports, the stolen phone captured
images of the suspect during the attempted unlock.
Investigations indicate that the suspect is part of a three
man gang.
The captured images of the thief have been shared online to
help the community identify and report him.
Residents of Kasarani, Seasons, Clay City, Hunters, and surrounding neighborhoods are urged to stay alert and take the necessary precautions to avoid falling victim to these coordinated thefts.
