Miracle! Patrol cops found RUTO unconscious in Kawangware after being attacked by robbers and were taking him to the mortuary only for this to happen

Wednesday, December 10, 2025 - A man identified as Deno Ruto is recovering in hospital after surviving a brutal robbery attack in Kawangware on Saturday night.

According to a close friend, the assault happened around 8 PM when a group of assailants, some reportedly known to him, viciously beat him, stabbed him in the leg, and stomped repeatedly on his chest, leaving him unconscious on the ground.

Police officers on patrol found him lying motionless past midnight.

Believing he had already died, the officers began transporting him to the mortuary.

But in a shocking turn of events, the officers sought medical confirmation from doctors at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).

It was then that medics discovered Deno was still breathing, narrowly clinging to life.

He was immediately rushed to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he was stabilised.

Deno has since been moved out of ICU and is expected to be discharged soon.
