The footage shows the car parked along a busy road with
hazard lights on, while the occupants carried out their activities, unaware
that they were being recorded.
A passerby captured the video and shared it on TikTok,
bringing the incident to public attention.
Engaging in such acts in public can be punishable under the
law, with penalties of up to two years’ imprisonment.
