Monday, November 3, 2025 - Social media is buzzing after a video surfaced of controversial city car dealer, Khalif Kairo, shopping for high-end wigs and hair extensions in India, a clip that has reignited rumors about his alleged romantic affair with beauty mogul and influencer, Phoina.
In the video, Kairo is seen sampling luxury wigs in an
upscale Indian boutique, casually chatting with attendants as he inspects
bundles of human hair.
His extravagant spending spree immediately caught the
attention of online detectives, who were quick to link the shopping to his
rumored new flame.
“This guy never learns!” one X user wrote, hinting at
Khalif’s history of spoiling women with lavish gifts.
Another commented, “Phoina’s soft life is sponsored
again-wigs from India, not River Road!”
Khalif, known for his flashy lifestyle and generous gestures
