Wednesday, March 5, 2025 - A concerned resident of Kisabei Village in Sotik Constituency, Bomet County, has accused rogue staff attached to the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) of colluding with thugs to vandalize transformers, leading to frequent blackouts.
