Sunday, February 23, 2025 - A lady identified as Elsie Njeru Wandia died on the spot after a staff van she was travelling in collided with a speeding Volkswagen Golf.

The driver of the golf was heavily intoxicated and was reportedly racing with friends when the accident occurred.

He abandoned the vehicle and fled after causing the accident.
